Sheri and Mike originally began coordinating the races 19 years ago. They connected with Oktoberfest Northwest through their years of work in rescue and the partnership has continued.

Over the years the event has continued to grow and the consistent volunteers have helped make this happen! 

 

After losing Jenny, our registration coordinator last year, our wonderful friend Stephanie stepped in with no hesitation and performed like a rock star! Things couldn't have gone better, and we are so happy to have her as part of our team of official wieners!

​

Over the last three years Sheri and Mike's daughter Abbie has decided to take on a pivotal role as well, assisting with the production of shirts and trophies, registration coordination and as emcee for part of the day. She has been attending since she was a toddler and has grown into an incredibly talented young lady.
